The Games is a new project Patria and I have developed for Ride Headquarters. The simplest way to describe it is that it’s like a drinking game for indoor trainer riding — without the alcohol. We’re watching cyclocross races while we do a large range of intervals; we’ve got a lot of markers planned within each race that indicate when each interval begins, the intensity of each, and the duration of each.
To find out more, you’ll have to join us for the rides. Here’s the schedule from Tuesday, January 2 through Thursday, March 30:
- Tuesday evenings at 6:30 pm
- Thursday evenings at 6:30 pm
- Sunday mornings at 9:00 am
Each session lasts for about 90 minutes. Bring your bike, trainer, a towel, and a sense of humor-adventure. We think it’ll be the funnest punishing trainer ride you can join.
Each session is free so they’re likely to fill up so please pre-register. We hope to see you there!
