Press: Wall Street Journal – Bike Shops Branch Out

Just saw this posted in the Wall Street Journal, “Bike Shops Branch Out.”  A piece about bikes shops that offer other services, or coffee shops that offer bike services.

“Cyclist Jon Lawrence talked with barista Sal Persico at Ride Studio Café in Lexington, Mass. A mechanic there has learned to make pour-over coffee, and baristas help customers change flats when the mechanic is occupied, says co-owner Patria Lanfranchi.”

“Ride Studio Café customer Rich Batten discussed a ride with friends seated around a community table. ‘We wanted to have a space where everyone from nonriders to very experienced cyclists would enjoy spending time,’ Ms. Lanfranchi says.”
