The often misunderstood wing-nut.

  • Production Management:  Standards creep.  Matt and I were working on the Seven seatpost this morning and it was interesting to see how standards, language, and understandings creep over time.  Some of this is simple – and frustrating – entropy.  Some of this is language mis-communication, and some of it is employee empowerment.  I’m sometimes surprised by the ways in which I don’t expect the obvious.
  • Project:  Working with Nau and Seven Cycles on a project for their Newbury Street popup store winter project.  Hoping to have details figured out next week.
  • Clothing Design:  Working on three winter pieces for Seven Cycles.  A trainer, a medium weight wool jersey, and a lightweight long sleeve jersey.  All three are different, multiple sources.  All for the 2013 season.  Posting more soon.
  • Ride Event:  Thanksgiving morning the Ride Studio Cafe is doing a special morning ride.  Oatmeal for All.  Rob’s Red Mill oatmeal.
  • ESK
