This is a project that I’ll have to keep quite for a while – probably about 2-years. This will either be a great outcome or it won’t ever see the light of day. Flipping a coin now – will land in about 2-years.
This is a collaborative project with someone I’ve not yet worked. It may be at odds with an older project on which I’ve been working: Project Hind Quarters.
Here is the project timeline in reverse order:
June 15: Had a great meeting today with Jonathan S. The project is taking an interesting turn; it may become combined with another big project. Still a lot to figure out. Next step, I’m going to review some of Jonathan’s work and see if it makes sense to collaborate.
June 13: Finally meeting on Friday. This will be the first real meeting – where we decide if we’re moving forward or not. Either outcome is good. If we choose not to work together that’s okay because I’ve got another long-term project that’s somewhat at odds with this Russell project.
March 29: Talked today about next steps. Trying to find time to meet.
January 14, 2012: Talked with two people about this concept – it’s a new world for me so I’m getting some insight from experts. Ken R. is one such expert.
December 12, 2011: Contacted by person to work on a new type of project; not bike building – still bike related. We met and discussed at a high level
